"Me Collage"

Today was Constitution Day! Ask your kids what they learned and the year the Constitution was written. We made flags with 13 stars and the best part was if they got their flag done they didn't have any math homework. It's amazing what a little bribery can do - no one has math homework tonight! I truly love my kids. In the Monday Mailer there was an instruction sheet and rubric for an upcoming assignment. The kids are each required to make a poster all about themselves. They can include pictures, photos or drawings, of their family and friends and things that they like. They can use any size of poster board that they feel is necessary - within reason:) Remember - the posters are due on Monday, September 22nd.
